Check the direction of operation by pressing down, and confirm it moves the awning out a few inches. If you need to change the direction of the motor, please refer to the “How to Change Motor Direction” video.

If the awning automatically retracts every 30 to 60 minutes and no wind is present, it means the batteries need to be replaced. Please refer to the “Changing Batteries on an Eolis 3D WireFree” video.

The wind sensor needs to be connected to its mounting bracket for it to function properly. Make sure the round silver magnet is attached to the mounting bracket. You can use a silicone-based glue to refasten if necessary.
